Pippa Davies (Lee)
Pippa is a graduate of the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London and has been a registered member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK since 2008. Before working in Godalming, she ran a successful practice in Whitstable, Kent.
Initially trained in the techniques of biospiritual focusing, Pippa naturally expanded her interest in listening to the inner wisdom of the body through the felt sense by studying craniosacral therapy.
Craniosacral therapy is well known for the treatment of babies but it is also suitable for a wide range of conditions in both young and old. Pippa has particular experience in working compassionately with individuals during stressful times in their lives. The quiet sensitive quality of craniosacral therapy brings stillness to the body and mind allowing both physical and emotional release and a restoration of balance and vitality.
Having benefitted personally from craniosacral therapy Pippa has a great understanding of the work and now feels privileged to be able to help others through this gentle but profound therapy.
Pippa has a background in medical education in the NHS and is a founder director of a charity which supports medical education. Alongside her therapy practice, she has an interest in end of life care and works for a Hospice supporting an international training programme in palliative care
“We have just returned from the hospital and they were astonished about how much William could move his neck now and have now discharged him. I can’t thank you enough. You truly have worked your magic, thank you from the bottom of my heart x. You have truly done an amazing job for us”
‘Fred and I had a difficult birth with forceps delivery, which left a welt on his forehead lasting for over 6 months. We struggled with sleep deprivation for 18 months with Fred waking every 20mins to 3 hours; I would think waking less than 4 times a night a good night! I knew I didn’t want to leave Fred to cry and that there must be something wrong. Many of the midwives had mentioned CST unofficially, so I found Pippa via the web. Any anxiety about the appointment I had soon melted, as Pippa gently helped us settle after fully explaining everything. Snuggled with my baby on the couch, Pippa held the space for us both to release the trauma from our birth. Imperceptible movements realigned his head and little spine, Fred slept through it. Pippa was so soothing, there was definitely a deeper experience going on than what met the eye! It took 6 sessions over a couple of months but even by the 4th session we were both benefiting from better, deeper sleep. I have recommended CST to so many bleary-eyed parents! Fred is now 3 and a bouncing, happy toddler, and while we still get times when he wakes a couple of times from teething or a development leap, it is nothing compared to before the treatment. Andrea
A client named Kerrie-Ann brought her 4 month old baby to Pippa with torticolllis.
