Rebecca is a qualified NNEB nursery nurse who has gone on to specialise with newborns. Working in various roles to gain over 20 yrs experience.
Over the years Rebecca has taken a very keen interest in helping women to breastfeed. Including a role as a breastfeeding support worker on a maternity ward.
For the last 8 years Rebecca has volunteered at the Royal Surrey County Hospital breastfeeding drop in clinic.
Using her knowledge and calm nature she has reassured and helped many women to continue their breastfeeding journey.
Zara has been working with local families as a birth and postnatal doula for the past seven years.
She has always had a special interest in infant feeding and in 2016 qualified as a registered Breastfeeding Counsellor with the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers.
Zara enjoys volunteering on the National Breastfeeding Helpline and working with new doulas as they start out on their journeys.
She feels that what is most important is that women feel supported to reach their breastfeeding goals – whatever they may be.
Lucy has worked in women’s health most of her career.
She is a registered nurse, a birth doula and a hypnobirthing instructor. She completed the Mother and Baby International Feeding Course in 2014.
For five years she has worked at the Royal Surrey Hospital in the breast-feeding drop in clinic alongside Rebecca.
She brings a deep understanding of the needs of a breast feeding Mum and a passion to support and encourage confidence.
