Dora is a Level3 qualified Personal Trainer and specialised in pre-postnatal fitness. Dora started Funmumsfitness after my first child was born and I realised it’s extremely difficult to exercise and keep fit once you have a child. Pregnancy and giving birth changes and challenges a woman’s body, it needs time and proper knowledge to get it recovered and get it working properly again.
FunMumsFitness Mother&Children workout classes are for Mums who want to get fit, active and be part of a supportive community of amazing women.
Our sessions are designed around your children, with lots of toys, soft play mats and space to feed, change and cuddle your little one. Take the class at your own pace with no worries about childcare or rushing off afterwards. (Why not join us for a coffee and a chat?)
Our classes offer safe postnatal exercises and a fun environment for your babies and children whilst you work out, what could be better?
