I am a registered nutritional therapist, having completed three extensive years of study at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION). Having previously worked as a nurse across a wide range of specialities, I have developed an interest in health promotion & prevention and am passionate about the impact our diet and lifestyle has on our bodies and how we live our lives.
