As a nutritionist and with a professional background in food and wine, Carolyn believes that eating should be a totally enjoyable experience for all, at home and when eating out.
She wholeheartedly believes that good nutrition is the cornerstone to our health, weight and fitness but it can be difficult to address particular issues without support and guidance. As such she aims to provide straightforward information, and motivation to set and achieve health and fitness goals for you and your family.
She is particularly interested in hormonal problems, digestive issues, healthy ageing for both women and men and family nutrition. Carolyn also takes groups and individuals through the zest4life Nutrition and Weight Loss Programme.
Carolyn qualified in 2009 as Nutritional Therapist with the Institute of Optimum Nutrition and was recently awarded her BSc (Hons) in Nutrition Science.
As a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT) she is covered by their codes of practice and ethics and is a registered practitioner with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
