Seated Acupressure Massage

Seated Acupressure Massage is a treatment performed on a specially designed chair.

Acupressure techniques are applied on specific points located in the body which allow for the more efficient flow of ‘chi’ or energy throughout the body.  In addition to direct pressure on acupressure points, rhythmic pressure and stretching techniques are also used.

The treatment can ease tense and knotted muscles, improve mobility and flexibility , lower blood pressure and heart rate, improve blood circulation and increase mental alertness and energy levels, whilst inducing a sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
