A workshop to share and enjoy yoga practices that help with Perimenopause and Menopause symptoms, including hot fushes, poor memory, fatigue and irritability.
Investment : £30Workshops are a chance to deepen your practice focussing on a particular aspect of yoga in more detail than is possible in a class situation. Most workshops are a mixture of theory and practice. Spaces are availible to book online from 6 weeks prior to the workshop date.
