During this course we learn to foster mindfulnss and kindly awareness through formal practice meditations, including, body scan, mindfulness of breathing, listening to sounds, mindful movement, working with thoughts and kindness meditations.
Each week we will work with a different theme and introduce a new practice, or develop one that has been learned previously. We will also introduce short practices that can be incorporated into our daily living.
Through these practices we can learn to have more choice in how we respond to life’s events and therefore change our relationship with stress.
