Debbie’s Mindfulness and Wellbeing Workshops

During this workshop we will experience Mindfulness as a gentle practice that helps us to connect with our centre and our sense of inner calmness.  We focus on breathing, meditation and visualisation. Mindfulness can reduce tension and increase wellbeing.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion if you like

This practice is suitable for all levels of experience.
