Yoga Tuesdays, with Rebecca
- Tuesday 6pm to 7pm
Rebecca enjoys the strength & flexibility aspect of Vinyassa Flow as well as using the breath to flow between asanas (postures) helping to focus the mind.
Each class includes begins with Pranayama (breathing technique), followed by a comprehensive warm up aligned with the theme of the class.
The class then flows into a sequence, backbends, core and a thorough cool down before completing the practice with Shavasana (relaxation).
