Smoked Mackerel Lemon & Herb Pate

Ingredients

250g smoked mackerel, flaked
200g cream cheese
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1-2 tblsp creamed horseradish
2tblsp chopped parsley
2tblsp chopped chives

Method

Blend smoked mackerel, cheese, lemon juice and zest with a fork or in a food processor
Stir in herbs and horseradish
Chill until ready to serve, with slices of whole-grain toast and wedges of lemon
