Laura Worsfold is a registered Osteopath and member of the GOsC (General Osteopathic Council). Laura graduated from the European School of Osteopathy, having completed a four year degree course, comprising of cranial (very gentle non invasive technique of assessing the skull for bony movement), structural (re-alignment of joints in the spine) and visceral osteopathy (applying gentle pressure to organs, to increase their mobility).
Her particular area of expertise is paediatrics, thereby working with pregnant women in maintaining vitality and well being throughout pregnancy and treating babies after traumatic births.
Laura has also completed additional post graduate training in cranial osteopathy at the Sutherland Cranial College in London. She is also a qualified pregnancy massage practitioner, where she endeavours to help pregnant mums to relax and re-establish well being throughout pregnancy by working on the spine and weight bearing joints, which can come under most strain at this time.
