Jo is a fully trained Reflexologist (graduate of the Oxford School of Reflexology) and Massage Therapist (graduate of Pulse Training Solutions and Raworth International). She has undertaken post-graduate reflexology training in Caring for Pregnant Clients (Expectancy Ltd.) and she is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage.
