Drew is a Gestalt therapist, which means he works with a relational, creative and practical therapy.
The Gestalt approach embraces the whole of a person's life experience - physical, psychological, intellectual, emotional, interpersonal and spiritual.
He works with the client in a way that helps them become aware of how they are feeling and making contact in the here and now, and what it is that is stopping them living a fulfilled life.
By exploring how we create and interact within our relationships, we are able to see patterns that repeat themselves over and over, and its in these patterns we can become stuck, lost and unhappy.
Ultimately through this exploration, a person will become more aware of how they make contact, which will help them to decide what they need to do to make changes to bring renewed energy and contentment into their lives.
Drew holds a Diploma in Counselling and is professionally accredited with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
