Christine believes that most people have the capacity within themselves to grow and change, with the potential to achieve greater self-awareness and self-acceptance. During the counselling process she has found that individuals become more aware of the choices that may be open to them through the exploration of their own life issues.
She offers her clients a safe environment, free from judgement or criticism in which to explore their personal issues and uses a variety of approaches, including creative work to suit the needs of each client.
Counselling is a way of providing you with an opportunity to explore aspects of your life that is rarely possible with friends or family.
