What is baby reflex™?

Similar to Baby Massage, Baby Reflex™ is taught to mothers/fathers either in a group situation or one to one. It is a gentle and effective method of Reflexology that can help calm the baby and can help improve their sleep patterns.

Baby reflex™ complements the natural bonding between mother and baby, when baby reflex™ is given, makes for a very contented mother and baby. It can be used to help symptoms of colic, ease teething pain and help promote better sleep and generally calm baby.

The baby reflex™ techniques have been developed from fifteen years' research into the best practice of the application of Reflexology to young children.

How is Baby reflex™ different to Baby Massage?

Baby Reflex can be used anytime anywhere to help ease symptoms and calm baby.

The three week course is broken down into components of:

Week 1 - Feeding & Digestion
Week 2 - Sleeping/Comforting
Week 3 - General Well Being (includes teething, ears & sinus)

Classes are generally taught with between 2-4 mums/dads and the cost is £60 for the three week course. Included in this price you will receive reflexology charts to help you practice at home.

During the session we will practice on each other (which is lovely as you get a mini treatment!), we then work on our babies for the last part.
