Qi Gong

Therapists: Jo Osborne

The Qigong that is taught is called Taijiwuxigong. It comprises a series of moving or holding postures which may be carried out standing, sitting or lying down. The mind, body and breath are used in specific ways. The unique phenomena of the Taijiwuxigong system is the use of spontaneous movement and the development of internal vibration force; these are used to generate a strong internal healing effect.

This practise is for:

Health and self-healing

Alleviating chronic complaints

Body alignment and freedom of movement

Developing an internal energetic practise

Providing a solid foundation for advanced practise/meditation

Personal/spiritual development

Regular practise will:

Prevent and treat illness

Reduce stress - establish balance

Integrate mind/body/spirit - bring peace
