Co-coaching
Therapists: Tonya Phillips
When you take a course in co-coaching* you are, in a sense, training to be your own life coach.
At the root of co-coaching theory is the understanding that each of us has the resources inside to resolve any issues in our lives and find fulfilment. By learning the central skill of ‘free attention’ (or ‘being fully present with another’) and 20 other basic tools and techniques in the co-coaching ‘toolkit’ we can help facilitate this process in ourselves and in others.
Successful completion of our co-coaching training course means that you can set up reciprocal co-coaching sessions – for free, at any time you like – with anyone in the worldwide co-coaching network.
You’ll also get:
Co-coaching training is an excellent basis for any form of group or spiritual/ personal development work. It is also a powerful supportive tool for healers, complementary therapists and those who care for others on a regular basis.
We run co-coaching training courses twice yearly at The Barn. Co-coaching Open Days are also held regularly for those who want to find out more and learn some basic techniques before committing to the full four-day course.
There are also advanced co-coaching courses for those who want to take their training further.
