Yoga

Therapists: Rachel McBryde, Steve Shorney, Ruth Wheeler

Hatha Yoga sessions contain a series of asanas, which are the postures and movements of Yoga, a selection of breathing techniques and a period of time spent relaxing. The combination of these three aspects of Yoga bring about a closer awareness of the mind and body link, which in turn improves the levels of concentration, the physical well being of a person and a more spiritual awareness of life itself.

There are a wide range of  benefits that people can gain from Yoga including: greater flexibility, improved breathing and digestion, greater peace of mind and a sense of serenity in a chaotic world.
